One Child Killed, Four Injured in Idaho School Bus Crash
A school bus crash in rural Idaho left one child dead and four others injured on Thursday, when the bus collided with a dump truck.
The bus, which was carrying 12 students to an elementary school in Canyon County, struck the dump truck at an intersection at around 8 a.m. on Thursday.
Killed in the crash was 11-year-old Daniel Cook of Kuna, Idaho, who suffered blunt force trauma.
Four other children who were injured in the crash were transported to hospitals in the Boise area.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
