He has been involved in thousands of criminal felony proceedings including all facets of trial and appellate practice. He has presented numerous arguments before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

JEFFREY MORGAN

Attorney Morgan provides frequent legal commentary on CBS News in Milwaukee. Attorney Morgan graduated, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in 1996.  While in law school, he was an editor of law review.  Attorney Morgan specializes in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Federal Criminal Defense.  He also provides occasional legal commentary for CBS news in Milwaukee.  Outside of the legal profession, he enjoys participating in running, triathlons, golf and skiing.  He also serves as a coach for kids from first to eight grade for cross country and track.
